The Office of the Taxpayers' Ombudsman is legally obligated to deal with information from taxpayers confidentially. That means we must not disclose it unless given written consent by taxpayers to do so.

Please do not use this email address to ask questions about your tax situation. Personal information such as your social insurance number or personal tax information should never be sent to the Office of the Taxpayers' Ombudsman by email.
